• Priority access to early education and care to children with disability, at risk of significant harm, who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples, speak a language other than English or are seeking asylum or have refugee status.

We expect that the successful operator’s early education and care services will align with these outcomes. 

You could potentially rent this space free. You can apply for a 100% rental subsidy for the 5-year lease term.

To be eligible for funding, you must:

• demonstrate your organisation’s work or proposed benefits for the City of Sydney’s residents and workers 
• demonstrate payment of a commercial rent would cause financial hardship leading to a reduction or withdrawal of services 
• be a not-for-profit organisation and hold a provider approval to operate centre-based care
• provide a business proposal, including how you’ll maximise the use of the space for early education and care to ensure financial viability and ongoing services to our communities.
