Residential properties for sale to boost affordable and diverse housing

We’re seeking applications from suitable organisations for 4 City of Sydney owned residential properties.

This will create more affordable and diverse housing across the local area through our grants program.

This expression of interest follows a recent Council resolution to find the right organisation to buy one or all of these properties.
