Published 11 April 2024

Experts from some of Australia’s fastest growing and established companies are coming together to help empower small businesses, creatives and retailers enhance their knowledge, foster innovation and expand their growth potential.

The 2024 Reboot webinar series aims to equip businesses with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in the digital landscape and boost their brand presence.

Covering topics from mastering social media and leveraging AI innovation to building resilience and inclusive workplaces, the series highlights the requirements and diverse skills of managing a small business.

“As the backbone of the economy, it’s important we support small businesses and the role they play in boosting local jobs and economies,” Lord Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore AO said.

“The series is an opportunity for small business owners to hear inspiring stories from the many seasoned professionals we’ve enlisted, each of whom can share firsthand experiences of successes and setbacks.

“No matter what stage they’re at on their business journey, the program caters to all, from entrepreneurs just starting out to established businesses.”

Executive director, Service NSW Business Bureau, Cassandra Gibbens added the Bureau is committed to fostering a business community and the sharing of knowledge across the state.

"We are pleased to be once again supporting City of Sydney’s Reboot webinar series as part of Service NSW Business Bureau's ongoing commitment to help find solutions for small business,” Cassandra said.
