Council adopted the Community Strategic Plan – Delivering Sustainable Sydney 2030–2050 on Tuesday 27 June 2022. It guides the development and planning for our local area.
The 4-year delivery program identifies our goals and the steps required to reach our long-term vision and objectives.
We’ve developed a suite of annual documents to support the key directions, targets and major objectives within the delivery program.
Our draft operational plan 2023/24 outlines our projects and programs for the next 12 months including the annual budget and proposed revenue policy for rates and fees and charges.
The draft resourcing strategy 2023 identifies how we’ll use our resources – financial, workforce, asset management and technology – and achieve the goals of our community strategic plan.
