It’s regarded as the biggest one-day retail event in Australia. Vogue’s American Express Fashion’s Night Out returns to Sydney on Thursday 5 September with more than 600 retailers across the city taking part in the event’s 10th anniversary.
The annual extravaganza is a drawcard for 200,000 fashionistas and generates more than $30 million for Sydney’s retail economy.
In contrast to its title, the event runs from 10am to 10pm. It features catwalks, in-store promotions, beauty bars, pop-up stores, live performances and, of course, champagne.
Westfields and David Jones will have offers storewide, along with retailers in Pitt Street Mall, Martin Place, Queen Victoria Building, Strand Arcade, The Galeries, and Castlereagh and Market streets.
And it’s not just for the ladies – gourmet fast food, pop-up bars and styling workshops strictly for men, will be on offer in the David Jones ‘man cave’.
What’s more, it’s all free to attend.
