Green Square’s new Christmas fair has a festive feel

Take a stroll through Sydney’s newest precinct and soak in the yuletide spirit.

If you’re looking for a little something different to put under the tree, or rushing to purchase that last minute gift, head to Green Square’s first Christmas fair.

Green Square plaza will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland with market stalls full of festive wares and seasonal jingles in the air.

The fair will feature a range of gifts and goods to share with friends and family during the festive season.

With locally sourced or made goods at more than 30 stalls, you’ll find everything from Christmas puddings, organic chocolate and homemade relishes to scented candles, beauty products and festive-themed pet treats.

Refuel at one of the food trucks and enjoy a drink with friends at the outdoor licensed bar.

DJs will also entertain visitors and Santa will make a special appearance.

The Green Square Christmas Fair takes place on Saturday 14 December, from 6pm to 10pm.

Green Square Library will stay open until 10pm, so you can borrow and stock up for the summer holidays.

The event is part of the City of Sydney’s 30-day Christmas program.
