We want to see more people enjoy the Darlinghurst area at all times, with a lively mix of business, retail, creative and public spaces.

An agreement with a major real estate investment group will see us revitalise 3 City of Sydney properties along Oxford Street on a 99-year lease.

With new designs, heritage highlights, and space for cultural and creative tenants, the project should attract hundreds of jobs and many more visitors to the area.

The properties cover a large part of the strip from Hyde Park to Taylor Square.

The properties located at 56–76, 82–106 and 110–122 Oxford Street

Located at 56–76, 82–106 and 110–122 Oxford Street, the newly renovated properties will help meet the strong demand for commercial buildings on the city fringe.

The Ashe Morgan group is working with our property and planning teams to develop this vision.

Investments like these helps us provide outstanding parks and public spaces, facilities and infrastructure, events and services for our communities.
