If you own an apartment in a block of more than 70 units, this is a great opportunity to get your building in better shape.
We’ve helped more than 232 buildings reduce energy and water use and cut bills by almost a third.
Here are a few examples of what buildings in our area have achieved:
- Windsor on Kent, a 32-storey apartment building in the city reduced common area energy use by 34% in 6 months.
- Hyde Park Towers, a 32-storey apartment building on Elizabeth Street reduced energy use by 50% and saved $655,000.
- Highgate, a 31-storey apartment building in Millers Point reduced annual energy use by 21% and saved $56,359.
