We’ve long recognised the challenges creative and community sectors face when looking for affordable spaces to work and collaborate in the City of Sydney’s area.

We’re seeking bold new ideas from creative and community-minded individuals, groups and organisations. We want to know what you could achieve with subsidised rent in Green Square.

The expression of interest process is simple – write 300 words about you and 300 words about what you would do! If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete a full accommodation grants program application.

There are 5 tenancies available in Joynton Avenue Creative Centre perfect for creatives, arts production and participation. Across the park, Banga Community Shed is ideal for community and sustainability projects.

If you have a strong creative vision or a focus on community development, these could be the spaces for you.

We’re accepting applications for both sites.

You can attend an information session or open day to give you an idea of what’s possible. Application support sessions are also provided to help foster new ideas.

Questions asked during open days, info sessions and support sessions will be published with answers on our webpage every week.

Learn more about this opportunity and apply by 4pm Tuesday 29 July.
